| Give your group an opportunity to explore what makes a good team! Team challenges at Carlton OEC can take many forms, and be of either half day, or full day duration. | |
| Often used as an introduction to a residential course, a half day team challenge would involve a circuit of different games and problems designed to improve co-operation, communication, resourcefulness and determination in a group. |  |

Start by examining the ingredients of a good team, then go and put it into practice...Everything from spider's web, low ropes and swamp skis to shrinking islands, key punch, meteorite carrying and much more! |
