"Teambuilding" is such a big concept, and is often associated with classroom based activities and excersises. All very well, but Carlton Outdoor Education Centre can offer much, much more! Using the full range of activities and facilities on offer at the Centre and the surrounding area, we can design an experience that meets your team's specific aims and objectives.
	Events could be of half or full day duration, or involve a residential. We will work with you to decide on the best mix of activities and challenges for your team, to enable everyone to get the most out of their experience and reach their full potential. We can offer everything from facilitation to relaxation, full on adventurous activity sessions or custom designed projects and tasks featuring all of the above!

	Reward your Team Teams work much better when the members feel appreciated. A visit to Carlton Outdoor Education Centre can provide a great way of rewarding your teams' efforts. Working with you, we will design a custom made programme that will appeal to everyone, whether your team is full of thrill seekers, or made up of people who like to it easy - or a mixture. We'll ensure that everyone gets the chance to shine and to take away some great memories.
Conference Room This room is an excellent alternative to your usual meeting venues enabling your team to focus on the job in hand and perhaps get some inspiration from the spectacular surrounding countryside. The room seats around 20 people boardroom style, around 30 in small groups or over 40 “theatre style” Features include: • Whiteboard • Flipchart • Multimedia projector • Audio Speakers • Wireless Broadband • TV/DVD/Video • Computer facilities by request
