"Teambuilding" is such a big concept, and is often associated with classroom based activities and excersises. All very well, but Carlton Outdoor Education Centre can offer much, much more! Using the full range of activities and facilities on offer at the Centre and the surrounding area, we can design an experience that meets your team's specific aims and objectives.
Events could be of half or full day duration, or involve a residential. We will work with you to decide on the best mix of activities and challenges for your team, to enable everyone to get the most out of their experience and reach their full potential.
