The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom is delivering a series of learning outside the
classroom (LOtC)Teacher Taster sessions.
LOtC is a powerful tool for teaching and learning which provides memorable experiences
beyond the classroom walls and contributes to improved behaviour, motivation and
attainment. Whether you are an ITT or PGCE student, NQT or a seasoned teacher in
the primary or secondary phases, discover first-hand the value and benefits of
learning outside the classroom.
These half day sessions will offer talks, practical demonstrations
and group activities from LOtC providers regionally. Spark your
imagination and consider how you can introduce regular LOtC into
your teaching practice.
